BatchFlow is a template-based creative production tool built for designers, agencies and institutions that create recurring visual content.
Designers often spend too much time producing small variations of the same layout: changing text, replacing images, adjusting sizes and exporting files one by one.
BatchFlow lets users create reusable templates and generate multiple visual variations from structured content inputs.
I shaped the product idea, visual direction, interface logic, website content and AI-assisted development workflow behind the project.
The visual and product logic of BatchFlow is built around three principles:
Templates should behave like flexible design systems, not static files.
Automation should speed up production without breaking visual consistency.
The tool should feel useful for real production scenarios, not like a generic content generator.
